It was a pleasure to teach Raajnandini in both Communication by Design and Leadership by Design at California College of the Arts as she is a quick, willing learner with great follow-through.
Over two semesters, I saw Raajnandini develop as a proactive leader and communicator bringing clarity, confidence and drive to each project. She is a natural collaborator - able to connect with others and navigate team dynamics with ease. I observed the respect her peers had for her and how they trusted her ability to lead with ease and empathy. She is solution driven and helps teams work together at their best.
Raaj is a keen strategist who presents practical ideas while also listening deeply and adapting to feedback. I easily counted on Raajnandini to up-level team morale and group thinking in an unforced way.
Lastly, I would want you to know that her personal integrity and grace amidst tension make her a superlative person to have within any organization.
